Snow Day
For New Years Day we went to Pinecrest and played in the snow. Ryan loved it but Dylan was not too happy. He hated being bundled up. We ended up putting him in the sled and pulling him around- he fell asleep. We built a snowman and Ryan climbed a big rock with Daniel.
Little Santa
On Christmas Day Dylan really got into the spirit and was decked out in his Santa Suit. SO CUTE!
Ryan and Brandi
Ryan loves Brandi! Now that she's in Idaho he really misses her. They had so much fun together.
Christmas morning
We woke up at about 8:00 on Christmas morning. Mom and Ed came over first thing in the morning and we got right to it. Little Dylan didn't know what was going on and Ryan kept saying, "This is my first Christmas". We had a great time and everyone got what they wanted.
Christmas Jammies
This year our little elves brought all of us matching jammies- they were so cozy! Perfect to wake up in on Christmas morning.
Christmas Eve
This year we did Christmas Eve at our house. It was fun! We had 17 people at our little house. Everyone fit and I think we all had a great time. Grandma Haney got a delicious prime rib and made yummy sides. Ryan was very excited to see Brandi and Dylan is starting to idolize her too.
Dylan's first haircut
We trimmed the Alfalfa strand on the top of Dylan's head months ago, but on December 10th we finally took him to get a haircut. He was so good for the hairdresser and he is even more handsome than before.
A little treat from your brother
While we were finishing eating dinner I left the table to put the clothes into the dryer. Ryan came into the laundry room and said "I gave Dylan a bite of brownie". I said that that was so nice of him to share and he went back out to Dylan. Ryan came back into the laundry room and said, "I gave him a whoa big bite". I was focusing on my laundry and told him again how nice it was for him to share. Well, when I went back into the kitchen I found Dylan finishing up Ryan's brownie. Ryan told me, "See I did give him a big bite".
